To learn more, join a growing us through the Meet Up - "Preventing and Reversing Heart Disease." If you live in the Chicago area, attend live and meet a knowledgeable and supportive group of members. If you can't attend in person, the website offers a wealth of information, recipes and more. Click on the Meet Up icon to visit.
